Menù contestuale e nuovo file.doc

Per creare un nuovo file.doc uso cliccare sul descktop con il tasto dx
del mouse - nuovo -documento word.
Il problema è che dal menù è scomparso "documento word"!!!
Come facccio a riposizionarlo lì?
Ho già reinstallato Office ma non ho ottenuto nessun risultato.
